About Shift Up Now

Shift Up Now is an organization dedicated to finding the partners who want to work with women in motorsport, and help us fund female athletes in our sport. In the global sports marketing landscape, under 1% of the $66 billion annual spend goes to women in sports, and in motorsport, an environment where having the appropriate funding literally equals the opportunity to compete, we're working to try and lower this gap so that less careers are stalled out at lower levels, and less winning women are left on the sidelines. This is a sport where men and women can compete equally when they have equal funding, and equal opportunity, and our goals are to help talented female athletes find the support needed to continue their careers, and to have the opportunities to win at the highest levels of our sport. One day there will be a female face on the Borg Warner Trophy. One day there will be women competing in, and winning races in the top echelons of NASCAR. One day we will see the next host of female athletes competing at the top levels of Sports Car racing in America. It all starts with funding, and affording talent the opportunity to rise. This is our goal, and our mission.
