Welcome to Shine Namaste. We're so glad you've found us. We opened our doors at Shine in Hyde Park (Cincinnati, OH) in 2002 My intention at the time was to create a space where people could come together, make connections and find support on their spiritual path. Since then, I have watched in wonder as this amazing community of interconnected souls began to find one another and find a home at Shine. Shine is a place where people appreciate and listen to one another. As we practice together, we learn to see and recognize the innate goodness in ourselves which makes it easier to see the good in one another. As a result, we are able to fully embrace and celebrate the amazing diversity among us with deep appreciation and without judgment. Everyone is welcome here. When you walk through the doors at Shine, your life may change radically for the better. If you are open to the experience, your awareness will expand, your appreciation of life will deepen, you will feel better about being in this physical body, and you will begin to have a more full experience of life as the grace-filled journey that it is. This is what happens here through the magic of yoga and community. Our teachers are richly steeped in hundreds of hours of trainings in many traditions of Hatha Yoga. Most of them have invested countless hours and personal energy learning how to teach and communicate the fine tuning of proper alignment. The skill, experience and dedication of our teachers makes this a very special place where grace is experienced every day. Our teachers are ready to guide you into the experience of yoga with kindness, compassion and a true desire to serve. Each of us walks our own path in this life, and our paths have now crossed.
