Shinji Consulting is a Seattle-based Leadership Coaching firm and Executive Coaching practice, with deep experience in startups and building high growth engaged leadership teams. The heart of Shinji is building conscious, engaged leaders and their teams, identifying and eliminating fear based thinking and processes that paralyze a company's growth and carry a significant cost in human energy and capital. Human potential and liberation from fear is pivotal for me. It erodes so much of what is productive and creatively possible. Executive Coaching: A substantial part of my practice is working one on one senior executives at their respective inflection points of uncertainty, ambiguity and personal existential questioning, as well as executives sorting through challenges and decisions that occur for everyone at some point. Typically work/career related, sometimes activated by personal relationships, I work with clients to clarify fundamental objectives that are central to their emotional well-being and growth, and apply them in a rigorous process to gain new levels of inner freedom and the removal of psychological blocks that have held them back. We measure, create milestones and metrics and continually dig and clarify so it is all actionable.
