About Shoreline Collaboratives

Shoreline Collaboratives is a consultancy that supports small to midsize organizations to identify and address gaps between values and practice, in order to build intersectional spaces that reflect, serve, and are truly led by all members of our communities. As a collective, we work together to amplify the expertise and skills of our clients and partners through strengthening relationships, resourcing anti-oppression and equity work, training, coaching, policy, and peer exchange from the individual to the organizational level. We focus on sharing and co-building skills, reflective practices, and structures into organizations and leaving them there. Our model builds tools for action within organizations from the individual to policy level; acknowledging that the culture of the organization is built by individuals, and that organizational policies and procedures must set the standard for equity and anti-racism.
