Shoreline Dirt Takeoffs provides excavating contractors with accurate sitework takeoffs and site grading models. Doug Lemoine is the owner and primary producer with the company. Doug began performing takeoffs in California in the late 80's. His start in the construction industry was in pipeline. With training in drafting, surveying, and numerous earthwork takeoff software packages over the years the move to earthwork and grading has been a straight up since the start. Doug has also served in the field over several decades working on many multi million cubic yard projects as well as many small commercial projects. Doug worked for many years as a heavy earthwork grade checker, project forman, surveyor, and is also capable of operating heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, push/pull scraper, self loading scrapers, and push scrapers. Doug's field work and experience with takeoffs and models combined make a very good mix in understanding the importance and having the ability to produce detailed and accurate takeoffs & models.
