About Shoreline Tutors

Shoreline Tutors, LLC provides high-quality educational solutions to school districts as part of our commitment to educational equity. We leverage decades of first-hand experience as high-performing teachers and administrators to offer more comprehensive support for educators, and thus, serve the needs of more unique learners. Our primary role is to identify qualified educators for specialized roles that emerge amid the academic year based on specific school needs (i.e., homebound tutors, content tutors, long-term substitute teachers, and special education teachers). These vital roles ensure schools possess the human capital necessary to serve ALL students. Core to our mission is the high standard we hold for each Shoreline representative. Candidates undergo a rigorous vetting process aligned to the Department of Education’s distinguished teacher designation program. After an educator is identified and begins work in a given role, our team continues to work closely with the individual in support of research-based instruction. In an effort to help bridge the achievement gap across socioeconomic lines, Shoreline Tutors, LLC donates a portion of our revenue to schools receiving the least equitable funding in our home state of CT.
