SHRM Southern Colorado (SHRM SOCO) was founded in 1983, originally known as Colorado Springs SHRM. Our chapter started out dedicated to promoting excellence in human resource practices in Colorado Springs' businesses and as times have changed we recognized the need to change as well. We are now proud to serve all businesses and HR professionals in Southern Colorado. SHRM SOCO is a local chapter and affiliate of the nationally recognized Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development, and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.
