An independent contracting company to the wireless telecommunications industry. Primary functions consists of performing site acquisition services seeking greenfield builds to erect new cellular and broadband internet communication towers. The site acquisition role includes: solicitation, lease negotiations, zoning, permitting, and construction planning services for the building of cellular towers throughout Wisconsin. Over the course of the past 2.75 years the company has successfully sourced tower site parcels, executed leases, facilitated the engineering and utility designs and fully zoned and permitted in excess of 75 sites in the state of Wisconsin. In concert with cellular tower site acquisition services, the company has also written, and submitted, five Wisconsin Public Service Broadband Expansion grants for clients to assist local communities in gaining access to public funding to supplement the erection of broadband internet towers. At the time of this writing, three of the five grants authored and submitted have been awarded.
