With our knowledge and our passion for the topic, we are powerful initiators and sparring partners in your change process. We have over 25 years of practical professional experience in management, as employees and as freelancers - in corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups. We both designed and supported new and restructuring companies. We know the stumbling blocks, resistance and opportunities in change processes, we can anticipate developments and derive sensible "next steps". We speak from experience.
