About Signature Homes New Zealand
Signature Homes Ltd is the Franchisor to a national network of Franchise Builders, designing and building homes right around New Zealand from Whangarei to Queenstown. Signature Homes is owned by Gavin Hunt, who has been there right from the start in 1983, and since we built thousands of homes for Kiwis. We provide a complete design and building service for our clients, we care and are with them every step of the way. We offer a complete range of building services, including Design and Build, building from our ranges of plans, house and land packages and subdivision of existing properties. We are experts when it comes to the Auckland Unitary Plan. Signature Homes has also been the Ministry of Education's preferred builder of Early Childhood Education Centres since 2002. We offer Comprehensive Guarantee Programme on all out homes, which is the only independently bonded building guarantees in New Zealand which offers a 100% guarantee that a home will be completed as per the specifications in the building contract, along with 10 year Structural and Weathertightness, Completion Date and 'No Hidden Extra's' guarantees.
