About Silicogenix

Silicogenix is supercharging small molecule therapeutic development for rare and ultra-rare cancers. We have developed a number of proprietary, AI-driven, computational chemistry tools that free us from the time, cost, and resource constraints typically holding Pharma back from engaging with rare cancers. Using a chemical-matter-first approach, we speed up initial development by rapidly designing thousands of novel, high-affinity small molecule scaffolds (in <48hrs) in parallel against multiple clinically relevant targets. After synthesis and binding confirmation, these scaffolds can be quickly moved into development for in-vitro and in-vivo studies, facilitating concept-to-preclinical transition in as few as 8 weeks, for negligible upfront costs. As proof-of-concept, we have already demonstrated that designed molecules are drug-like, biologically active, unique and inhibit in a concentration dependent manner. We are raising our seed round to generate preclinical data for 10 rare cancer programs, with the goal of subsequently moving several molecules forward for IND-enabling studies.
