About Silicon Kinetics

Silicon Kinetics produces next generation Biomolecular Interaction Analysis equipment using porous silicon consumables. The SKi Pro product line is used for biomolecular interaction analysis studies where protein binding kinetics is studied without labels, and for affinity capture mass-spectrometry. The SKi Pro® allows extremely effective biomolecule interaction analysis to determine on and off rates and resultant KDs. The technique is valuable for study antibody-antigen, protein-peptide, protein-small molecule, nucleic acid and nucleic acid-protein interactions.
