Sills Capital Group is a veteran-owned real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning underperforming boutique hotels in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Northwest Arkansas. We invest in hospitality properties located in high-growth secondary markets with strong tourism demand, targeting assets within close proximity to our team to stay directly involved in due diligence, renovation, and early operations. Our founding team is made up of four siblings — each bringing a unique professional background: 25+ years of hospitality experience in hotel operations and leadership Military and government program management, including large-scale logistics and strategic operations Engineering and technical sales expertise IT systems, project management, and cybersecurity knowledge While this is our first fund, we’re leveraging decades of combined operational experience, leadership under pressure, and systems thinking to deliver thoughtful, hands-on execution in every project. We’re preparing to launch our first Reg D 506(c) private real estate fund, with a focus on acquiring and stabilizing a portfolio of boutique hotels. Once repositioned and generating consistent income, these assets will be sold to fund future commercial acquisitions. We currently plan to self-manage during the initial phase of each project, then transition to professional management as we scale.
