Silver Creek Productions is one of the first production houses in the state of Arizona to independently produce, promote, and distribute all forms of media (stage, screen, and music) from some of the state's most talented artists. We organized this company around the idea that a paradigm shift is coming to the entertainment industry as a whole; that no longer do artists need to sign their lives and rights away in order to create, and that consumers have a say in how they want to enjoy their entertainment. Every work released by Silver Creek will be covered under a Creative Commons license of the artist's choice, and the consumer may do with their purchased item whatever they wish. No longer will audiences seeking entertainment be forced to endure intrusive digital rights management software and endless threats of fines and prison time for simply enjoying a movie, while artists will receive the recognition and payment they deserve.
