Silver Wave Capital is a private equity firm partnering with retail and institutional capital to invest in senior housing communities nationwide. Founded in 2024, we're unencumbered by existing portfolio distress and quickly deploying capital under arguably the most favorable senior housing investment conditions of all time. We're pursuing a dynamic set of investments ranging from Core Class A stabilized deals to deeply distressed opportunistic transactions. We believe that 2024 presents a generational senior housing investment opportunity thanks to a perfect set of market conditions, which include: - Aging baby boomers begin turning 80 in 2025 - Senior housing development is at an all-time low thanks to COVID and rate hikes - At the current pace of development, there is projected to be an approximately 400,000 unit shortfall by 2030 which will lead to substantial occupancy growth in existing inventory We recognize that senior housing is a vital service and that a lack of affordable options for middle income Americans is an increasingly troubling trend. We partner with mission-driven operators who recognize the importance of the service they provide, and we always balance the interests of our capital partners with the interests of those we serve. We launched in January 2024 and anticipate beginning to close deals during Q2 2024.
