About Silvergate Prep

Silvergate Prep is an approved NJ DOE Clinic/Agency that assists students with new or persistent mental health, behavioral issues as well as school phobia. With locations throughout NJ, our education specialists goals are to bridge the gap between mental health and education so that students successfully transition back to the school system. Our Therapeutic and Educational programs are comprised of a 2-3 hour academic session and at some of our sites, we offer an additional voluntary extended 2 hour educational session later in the day. Our staff therapists are highly trained licensed professionals experienced with adolescents and offer group, family, and individual therapy.
