WHAT DO WE DO Simple To Work provides custom data solutions, where we work with clients and their data to develop simple to use tools that help workers work smarter and faster as well as easy-to-understand reports that guide business decisions. OUR STORY As an operations manager in a family retail company, Ricky Schweky’s role was to develop both the team and key systems / processes that the company would put in place to grow it’s infrastructure. At the time processes that were set up were passed along to other employees to manage and maintain. The problem was that when key employees left, Ricky always found himself back to square one, required to train yet another employee on the same process and spend time to get them up to speed. This proved to be a set-back, and with that an idea began to materialize. The goal would be to set up processes that are defined by technology and embed the operational logic into a system that works independent of the people running it. By doing so, employees can come and go but the process becomes easier to hand off and manage, as well as constantly maintaining consistent results. What started off as a design project to eliminate manual errors and remove the time it took to train employees on the product specification, quickly grew into many different areas. Soon friends with their own companies began to inquire how Ricky could set up projects for them to speed up their workflow. With that SimpleToWork was born, a workflow automation company, that works directly with clients to understand their processes and build technologies that are custom-defined to work the way clients want to work. Shortly after it’s launch, SimpleToWork was getting requests for all types of projects ranging from automated Bookkeeping and Financial projections / budgeting to product order processing, replenishment and sales performance and more.
