The Tech Overwhelm struggle is real. New Coaches and Solopreneurs are excited about their new skills and launching their new business. After training ends, they are sent out into the world to get clients and change the world. However, what often happens, is they get home and are at a loss of what to do next. Let alone figure out what technology they need. I’ve been there. After completing Hypnosis and NLP Practitioner training, it felt like as soon as my business was announced, clients would beat a path to my door, wanting me to help make their lives better. Instead, it seemed there was nothing but roadblocks and frustration trying to market my services, and only getting clients here and there. I found that one of the biggest things that I struggled with – and others that were starting their practice at the same time – was the technology I needed to set up and use in my business. I'd get lost down "rabbit holes" of research, for things people kept telling me I needed for my business (and heavens know lots of people were telling me different things – and I had no way of knowing if they even knew what they were talking about!). Email scheduling tools, platforms, course creation tools, event websites, hosting companies – it was all so daunting and overwhelming that I didn't know what to do. Before I knew it, over 6 months had passed! One day, I took the "bull by the horns" (as Mother would say), and jumped in. I looked at my research, made choices about what I actually needed, consulted an expert for what would be the best programs for me, and learned to get it all set up and integrated. I started showing others how to do the same – because they were drowning in technology confusion, and discovered I enjoyed the teaching & simplifying the process - for others. Now I support Coaches & Solopreneurs to focus on what they do best - without worrying about setting up the “tech stuff” that only needs to be done once.
