Our Mission Simply From The Heart enriches the lives of patients through services that offer beauty, self esteem, and well-being. The services provided not only heighten the way they look, but more importantly how they feel. Being pampered and cared for is what we believe empowers patients to look good, feel better, and promote healing and recovery. Simply From The Heart aims to provide smiles for patients. When little things raise a patient’s spirits, it brings out the fight in them and reminds them why life can be worth living. Being pampered and cared for, whether it be at the salon or in the hospital makes our patients feel special and beautiful. This is what we believe gives patients the strength to live their life more normally and with pride. Simply From the Heart Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to enriching the lives of hospital bound patients. Briefly, we bring a “Glam Squad” into each hospital two days a week to provide a complimentary, concierge service that pampers patients and lifts their spirits! We offer services such as Hair/Wig Styling, Makeup Applications, Manicures and Pedicures, Mini Facials, Massage Therapy, and Music Therapy! Simply From The Heart began in June 2014 at Rush University Medical Center and is now servicing patients at most of the major hospitals in Chicago. Some of these include, University of Illinois at Chicago, Northwestern Memorial, Comer’s at University of Chicago, Loyola Medical Center as well as many outpatient facilities. We are proud to say that we have positively impacted the lives of over 1000 patients, all at no cost to the patients or hospitals. This year we have expanded to California, Michigan and have plans to start up in Florida. Children’s Hospital in Orange County (CHOC), University of and are expected to have our services in Miami and Detroit.
