Our clinical reasoning is based on the biological interactions between the central and peripheral nervous system, focusing on longevity and quality of life as our primary goals in those people who have suffered a damage to their nervous system. We offer a holistic perspective in the assessment and treatment of pain syndromes and movement and functional disorders, bringing together the most advances solutions in the field, combining high tech, such as exoskeleton and robotic devices, with a unique approach of therapeutic exercise. Our multidisciplinary team allows us to cover every sphere of our clients to help them achieve their goals. In our 800 square meters facilities we also do research concerning our view on the field which differs from the common Neuroscience learning view, including the peripheral adaptations after a lesion as also determining when it comes to patients lack of participation and performance. We believe that presenting our patients the knowledge of the different possibilities that might influence their limitations in their daily life can create a safe space for them to take their own decisions, which is, without a doubt, the beginning of their independence.
