SINBAD FOODS, LLC. is celebrating 40 years of making Baklava in the California Central Valley! We started in Edwina’s kitchen and now have over 250 employees in our 158,000 SQF Level 3 manufacturing plant. We handcraft a wide range of fillo products, starting with our traditional fillo dough, fillo shells, our Sinbad Sweets desserts and Simply Sinbad Baklava and Baklava Bites, and our Artisan Signature Collection of Baklava and Fillo appetizers. Local ingredients we love. We are located in Madera, the heart of the Central Valley, surrounded by nut and fruit orchards. We are carefully select our ingredients - we keep it local. Approximately 80% of our product ingredients come from California. We love supporting our local farmers! Made in the U.S.A. Sinfully delicious.
