Singleton Construction, LLC is a national commercial General Contractor specializing in high-volume multi-site programs, remodels, tenant improvements, and special projects. One of our unique abilities is protecting the customer experience in an open-store environment. Singleton was founded in 1995 by Chris Singleton and Nancy Doczy. In 2006, Nancy’s daughter, Denise Doczy-DeLong took over the business. Under Denise’s leadership, Singleton Construction has grown into a company doing 100’s of projects with seven of the top 20 retailers in the country. Some of our customers are CVS, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Publix, Kroger, Walmart, Walgreen’s, Target, Sevan, and JLL. Singleton is a certified WBE company and we are focused on building a diverse team with a mission to transform lives while transforming our customers’ spaces.
