SISU Consulting Group's coaches are highly experienced - collectively we have more than 70 years’ experience helping client companies design and implement principle-based daily management systems. We have worked with 37 companies that have achieved various levels of Shingo recognition and, in particular, our team members have supported 8 out of the 14 most recent Shingo Prize recipients. Additionally, our clients can point with confidence to significant business improvements delivered with our support. SISU specializes in increasing stakeholder value through the development of effective leaders at each level of the organization. By inspiring groups to expand their vision of what’s possible we engage teams through action and insight and show organizations how to build sustainable systems of daily continuous improvement. We work with each client to build a deep and sustainable improvement program and significantly improve bottom-line results through the development of its most valuable asset, its people. Regardless of our client’s goals or challenges, we stand beside them in the trenches; helping them to learn how to eliminate the fear of change, take ownership of their opportunities, and create breakthrough results through daily action. At SISU, we work with management to create alignment across people and processes using a “learn-do-improve” methodology. It is our belief that there is no “one best way” to solve business problems, engage people and drive change across an organization.
