Site Analytical Services (SAS) is an engineering consultancy specialising in all aspects of ground engineering, site investigation, environmental engineering and environmental remediation. We employ a wide range of geotechnical experts including engineering geologists, geotechnical engineers, environmental engineers and remediation specialists. We are a small company focused on delivering bespoke, practical and cost effective solutions to large and small development projects. With over 34 years of industry experience and a portfolio of successful projects across the London area, we are confident in our ability to deliver time efficient detailed reporting and investigation services to our clients. In addition to our site investigation and ground engineering projects we also have extensive experience in the investigation and risk assessment of contaminated land and water. We have the ability to design and Implement the most cost effective remediation method to suit the conditions encountered using a wide range of techniques from "dig & dump" to in-situ and ex-situ treatments. Our services include obtaining all the necessary regulatory approvals and landfill tax exemptions. Due to our small size every project receives detailed academic and professional input from all of our highly educated and experienced staff. Our ultimate aim is to deliver the best possible solution to our clients at the best possible cost. Our unique selling point is that 90% of all our site investigation laboratory work is done in-house to the highest standards, reducing report turn around times and giving our clients the information they need as soon as they need it.
