Site~BIM digitally measures and documents building sites by laser scanning to create a point cloud of the “As Exists” conditions. Walls, floors, ceiligns, doors, windows, all architectural elements, structure, MEP systems, exterior elevations, site topography, and everything else in line of site are all captured in their precise location. The accuracy and completeness of the point cloud exceeds accuracy achievable by conventional means and in less time, allowing you more time to complete other critical tasks. Each laser scan is accompanied by a bubble view photo image for reference on any web connection through our secure server. Additionally, we offer 3D modelling services to compliment the point cloud.
