SiteSoft is an ONLINE solution using mobile and access control technology that fully automates the processes for people and plant site inductions – all in one solution. Housing Construction House construction often involves intermittent supervision by builders or supervisors, with Subbies and Workers coming and going all the time. The SiteSoft mobile app turns a smart phone into a QR code scanner which can be scanned against a QR sticker at the construction site. The site specific Induction is downloaded to the mobile device to be acknowledged by the Subby on first arrival. A housing builder can facilitate a site induction by having workers scan the builder’s site QR Code. After the Worker or Subby has scanned the QR Code the builder can instantaneously receive confirmation of important information such as Construction Induction Cards, High Risk Work Licenses and Insurance details (including expiry dates). Clients, sub-contractors and authorised users are given secure username and passwords and can upload data into the system which is used to authorise their entry e.g. site induction training, licences, competencies, insurance certificates, photo ID’s etc. Commercial Construction Subbys and Workers are frequently required to provide documentation so they can be inducted onto site. This activity can be repeated multiple times as workers traverse from project to project. Using the SiteSoft Site Management Solution workers and sub-contractors are able to scan their documentation into SiteSoft rather than having to repeatedly provide mountains of paperwork at the site This provides site management with the critical tools to manage access to the site and in addition the information and automated tools are available to communicate to all persons onsite, manage musters, emergency evacuations, manage meetings plus other site management tools.
