About Sitka Hash House

As the end of cannabis prohibition neared in 2012, Nick Saad and Shawn Richards — equally busy consumer goods professionals and pleasure seekers (both avid cyclists, skiers and aesthetes of Northwest metropolitan culture) met on a rainy night in a dive bar in Seattle's trendy Ballard neighborhood. Their goal: to create the very best in hashish products, complex-in-flavor, with a mix of potencies and formats. Soon after, SITKA HASH HOUSE™ "Kings of Solventless" was born, a first-of-its-kind cannabis brand, for the post-prohibition era. By developing proprietary curing techniques, the founders created a unique, smoke-able set of cannabis products that hit the market in 2014 and has since dominated all hashish categories with a broad range of price points delivering value to the seasoned smoker and cannabis-curious alike. SITKA products retain their terpenes, creating the uniquely characteristic cakey texture hashish fans seek. Process innovations, scalable manufacturing and operation systems allow the company to remain responsive to complex and evolving markets including in California, where Sitka products are as of June 2021 widely available.
