Sitoy Group Holdings Limited is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of branded high-end and luxury handbags, small leather goods and travel goods, as well as a retailer in Greater China. The Group was established in 1968 and was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (stock code: 1023) in 2011. The same year also saw the Group expanding into the fast-growing handbag retail market in China in parallel with its transformation into a vertically integrated handbag and small leather goods enterprise. Sitoy adopts a three-pillar development strategy in manufacturing, retail and property investment. The manufacturing arm of Sitoy dedicates to the manufacturing of high-end handbags, suitcases and components with an output in excess of one million pieces a month from more than 200 production lines. Sitoy prides itself on its large-scale and flexible manufacturing capabilities. On the front of retail operations, the group operates two key fashion and leather good brands, the Italian handbag label TUSCAN’s and homegrown fashion label Fashion & Joy. Sitoy currently has close to 100 points of sales in a major retail network covering Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China, and continues to expand business in other cities and via electronic commerce, with growing numbers of points of sales online and offline.
