About SITRAPLAS

SITRAPLAS has been successfully producing advanced engineered resins since 2005. We are located in Bünde, Eastern-Westfalia, Germany. Our product range encompasses everything from resin coloring to formulating custom engineered resin compounds for very specific applications. COMPOUND SOLUTIONS FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS The combination of engineering resins with modifying additives using unique process technologies has created a wide range of speciality compounds. Based on this variety of possibilities we do not sell off-the-shelf products. We believe in creating innovative technical compound solutions specially designed for custom applications. Customers benefit from our experience in areas like automotive, electric and electronic industries, lighting fixtures, appliances, toys and many other special applications. ADDED VALUE THROUGH SERVICE We support our customers from the development of a prototype up until the parts start series production. Any manufactured product will be available on short notice for several years after discontinued production. We provide short-term delivery as well as flexible batch quantity or fast sampling. STATE OF THE ART PILOT PLANT We develop every compound solution in our pilot plant on-site with comprehensive machinery equipment such as twin-screw extruders and related peripherals – capable of scale-up to our production plants. INVESTING IN THE FUTURE We focus on sustainability. Therefore we are actively involved in research and development and participate in numerous long-term EU funded research projects. The qualification of our staff is of great importance to us. For many years we have maintained our expertise by offering apprenticeships and further education with a special focus on our junior staff.
