Six Degree People conducted its first board level sustainability recruitment assignment in 1998. The founder, Andy James, wrote the 2009 White Paper-The 5 stages to a sustainable business- which was widely praised for providing a template for the type of multi-faceted individual needed to devise and execute a bold sustainability strategy. Six Degree People continues to champion the importance of those rare non-linear people, who have worked across all our systems as critical in providing the best possible road maps to shifting our growth system from extractive to neutral to regenerative in the shortest possible timeframe.
