About Six Yard Box
Six Yard Box burst into life in 2014 as a haven for football lovers who wanted a little more from the beautiful game than boring chain bars, stale industrial lagers and lifeless Super Sundays. We wanted to create something that got to the heart of being a fan, a place that embraces the grassroots and reminds us why we all feel in love with football. We want to reclaim supporting football from the clutches of FIFA, Gazprom, Venkys and the like and offer an alternative experience. We run the Six Yard Box Bar in Elephant & Castle, a mecca for anyone who loves football, craft beers and rare whiskeys. We also run Pop Football, where we set up giant screens and craft beer bars in quirky locations such as car parks, parks and abandoned docks.
