About Sixty & Better
For more than five decades, Sixty & Better has provided a means for older adults to have fun, be well, and stay connected. Founded as Senior Citizen Services in response to the Older Americans Act of 1965, the organization has been a leader in providing a place for older adults to meet, socialize and have a meal. Sixty & Better has evolved through the decades and, while it no longer serves meals or operates senior centers, the organization continues to work toward a vision of a world where older adults are healthy, safe, and active in their communities. Sixty & Better, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization that offers a range of programs and services that enable the young at heart to live life to the fullest.
