Sizzling Platter began in 1963 as a Mom and Pop with a Sizzler location in Sugar House, Utah, and a dream to be more. Over sixty years later we have grown to a privately backed Franchise Growth Platform headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, approaching 1000 restaurants worldwide.
