I worked in Healthcare for 20 years. I started off as a Physical therapy Assistant/ office Assistant in 2003. I enjoyed helping people and I wanted to explore more of the Healthcare field therefore, I became a Certified nursing assistant and worked in long-term care for 5 years and continued to climb the ladder working at Penn Medicine for 12 years. While enjoying the great benefits of my job I didn't feel I was living my life's purpose. While working and raising two children I managed to obtain my bachelor's of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2016. My hope was to land a prominent office position. However, it didn't happen that way. I continued working as a CNA until I was introduced to the business spectrum of becoming an owner operator of my own staffing agency during the pandemic in 2020. I'm now the owner operator of SJAJ Compassion LLC. 👉 Our Mission Our mission is to continue to build strong relationships with our clients and customers to ensure that our company delivers exceptional results.SJAJ Compassion staffing as experience, resources and the specialty needed to efficiently match talented providers in many different specialties with great healthcare facilities and practices across the United States.
