SJG Workplace Consulting and Investigations Inc. provides workplace investigative services. We take a holistic approach to investigations by identifying interpersonal, environmental and organizational factors when analyzing complaints, and provide recommendations aimed at prevention. We assist in helping business owners and human resource staff create workplaces where individuals feel they are valued and are able to perform in a harassment, discrimination, and violence free environment by providing provisional investigative services which include conduct and policy breaches, workplace harassment and workplace violence investigations. We also assist human resource staff who require guidance in conducting internal investigations. In addition to investigations, we offer training courses, workplace investigations guideline development, and workplace risk assessments to help organizations become self-sufficient in dealing with issues of harassment, violence, and human rights.
