Sarah King, Director has been delivering training for a lot longer (over 15 years) as part of her role as a solicitor in employment law and HR topics. It is this experience that can be brought to each session to make the training come alive with real life examples and scenarios. Our trainer is an expert in her field and an experienced public speaker having been asked to speak on radio, at CIPD events and to provide expert opinion for publications in her field and the national press. She has acted for employers and employees for over 15 years as an employment solicitor and she sits as a part-time Employment Judge so is very knowledgeable in her area of law and how this can be applied in a commercial business.
