The Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD/CDCC) was founded on 18 April 1997. The SKDD is a company which operates as a central securities depository and a registry of dematerialized securities, where data on issuers, securities, securities accounts, securities holders and other legally required data is kept in the form of electronic record.
