Skeates Building Co. are a versatile team of licenced builders with over 20 years building industry experience. Our niche is extensions, renovations, architectural new homes and bespoke commercial fit outs. We are a well-established family construction firm and we deliver a high standard of excellence to the homes we build. Skeates Building Co are craftsmen with an eye for detail. Your build will have a Project Manager that works directly with you from day one until the completion of your project. Our team of qualified builders led by Anthony will get the job done smoothly and to a standard we will all be proud of. We are members of NZ Registered Master Builders Association and have a host of management systems and processes in place that are designed to ensure you are continuously happy with your project. These optimised systems and processes keep you updated throughout the build, and help to ensure that you are delivered what you were promised on time and to budget. Skeates Building is owned and run by two brothers Anthony and Jonathan. Commitments We focus on the details. Skeates Build Co. go the extra mile to deliver your project on time and to budget . We have a 50-point checklist sign-off process that we go through with you before we complete your job, to make sure you are happy and aware of everything. We have a clear and transparent costing process agreed-up-front, so you always know where your costs are. Guarantees All work will be undertaken by Skeates Building Co is in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code and Regional Council specifications. Our onsite managers are fully Licensed Building Practitioners (LPB) and our builders are trade qualified. We ensure all our subcontractors are licenced and provide guarantees for their work.
