About SkillED Innovation

SkillED Innovation is an alternative education provider designed to re-engage young people through purposeful, practical learning that builds confidence, skills and real-world readiness. We work with schools and local authorities to support students who may not thrive in traditional settings, offering a two-day-a-week programme that runs alongside core GCSEs. Our curriculum is employer-advised, skill-centred, and focused on developing the soft skills and mindset needed for future education, employment, or apprenticeships. Through hands-on vocational projects, contextualised English and maths, and structured personal development, we help learners reconnect with their potential — and prepare for what's next. Driven by the values of Respect, Relevance, Re-engagement, and Readiness, we bridge the gap between education and employability in a way that benefits both learners and the wider community.
