About Skillsmith Studios

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to build confidence through learning and discovery. Our goal is to empower parents with the tools and strategies needed to foster independent problem-solving skills while we build fun & educational video games that teach kids and adults real-world skills. Educational video games are not a new concept, but we believe they have a lot of untapped potential. Many people want to learn skills but don't have the attention span, motivation, or desire to put in the hundreds of boring hours to develop them. Unfortunately, educational games do not have a history of success as they are often overly simple, lackluster, or are simply gamified learning. They start with the educational component and try to build a game around it. We start with the game. We've set out to build addictive, immersive, FUN games that require the player to learn and use a real-world skill in order to progress.
