We are a disability confident employability training provider & business consultancy, who focus on partnership working. Our base is in Edinburgh, but we provide our skills, services, and expertise nationwide. Skillz2success is a forward-thinking company that prides itself on working with a team of like-minded professionals. Our experience & knowledge in the welfare to work, learning & development & the employability industry ensures we have the knowledge and the skills to help move people forward. We pride ourselves on our commitment and core values that focus on putting the needs of our learners first, using our passion to make a positive impact. We provide services that instil confidence and inspire people to move forward. We create, design & deliver a variety of short courses including employability training. We can deliver these courses within group sessions or on a one-to-one basis with both face to face & virtual delivery options. We are here to empower, support, guide and give learners the tools to take action and change their situation. Celebrating success along the way. We currently work within the private and public sectors and have successfully delivered multiple projects throughout the UK for the DWP Jobcentre Plus. We are champions of neurodiversity, we have supported hundreds of learners with our Autism/ADHD & Dyslexia employability support programmes. Now we get to work with employers to support them in their journey into better understanding & supporting neurodiversity in the workplace, whilst considering how they can best support new employees who are neurodivergent.
