SKLLD builds video resumes to redefine the hiring process for jobseekers that are: - Changing Industries - Recent Grads - Veterans - Justice Impacted And anyone else with a nontraditional path to employment. These videos let jobseekers tell their stories, adding depth and context to resumes that may be shorter than others or have gaps in employment. They can even include videos from their references, like a former employer, Commanding Officer, or career coach. We're connecting stakeholders at every level -- governments, nonprofits, jobseekers, and employers. Too many talented people are overlooked when an ATS kicks out their resume or they struggle to describe themself on paper.
