About Sky Meadow Retreat Center

Sky Meadow Retreat Center is an organic farm/ homestead and retreat center within the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We provide spaces in which leaders can host their own retreats, and we host retreats in insight meditation and conscious communication. The residents of the Sky Meadow community sustain themselves with food they grow and preserve and other staples that we do not produce on our land. In addition to multiple large gardens and greenhouses, we also have a variety of fruit trees (apple, pear, plum) and bushes (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry) on the property. We are situated on 120 acres and our facilities come complete with furnished cabins/ other living structures (cob houses, yurts, etc) as well as hiking trails, swimming ponds, wood fired hot tubs, tee-pees, and much more. When we host retreats, leaders can elect to have our community members cook, in which case the food served is produced on the farm or sourced as locally as possible. We are connected deeply to the importance of communication and peaceful, coexistence that places value and worth in the health of and relation with the environment.
