I founded Skylight Coaching & Consulting to empower people and organizations to be their best. I believe that you hold the answers within and that my role is to help you reveal them and develop the trail map to get there. I inspire mid-career professionals to become their best selves and live their best lives. I will help you unlock potential, remove hurdles and ground you in inspiration. I will encourage you to identify and achieve the balance that's right for you.
