This team consists of both executive and nonexecutive board members, all of which advise us as we move forward acquiring healthcare companies in South Florida. Our central focus is on the development of smaller "mom-n-pop" companies and structuring them properly, all while providing extraordinary services and exceeding the industry standard with innovative implementations in business. Also, and perhaps most importantly, our firm provides small business owners with an exit strategy that allows them to maintain their legacy, while at the same time assisting them in the process from ownership to retirement. We have ready access to capital and are currently working as fast and efficiently as possible during this high-speed acquisition phase. We concentrate primarily on the arena for aesthetic healthcare, which can target tighter-niche businesses from other closely related sectors, including medical spas, hair salons, nail salons, cosmetics retail, beautician training, IV therapy, plastic surgery centers, recovery homes, and home-care nursing.
