SL Engineering provides a full in-house solution for the manufacture of specialised rigid tube assemblies & precision machined components for the civil & military aerospace (engine & airframe), industrial gas turbine, marine, oil & gas, motorsport and medical industries. In-house capabilities include CNC tube manipulation (from 3.175 to 50.8mm diameters), CMM contact & non-contact laser tube inspection, CNC multi-axis precision machining including 5 axis capability (for the manufacture of bespoke tube end fittings), computerised orbital and hand tig welding, brazing, fabrication and assembly , NDT dye penetrant & x-ray testing, air, hydraulic & nitrogen gas pressure testing, and integrator / supply chain management services.
