About SLACKERS Foundation

SLACKERS FOUNDATION is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit STEM education organization dedicated to creating an educated public. We believe that every single human being deserves the opportunity for an education despite their economic, social, or legal status. We believe that an educated public begins with educated children, and that cultivating an environment and atmosphere hospitable for learning is the best investment we could ever make for the future of humanity. The goal of our instructional methods is to maximize content retention, increase comprehension of key concepts, inspire curiosities, and to spark passions in STEM. We aim to serve as a source of enrichment to accompany currently existing educational programs with our Students Teaching STEM workshops/labs developed for youth and also the public.
