We were founded in 1968 by Bill and Betty Arnold in Sleaford as a family run business supplying quality ingredients to the food industry. Today we are a multi-million pound company who are still run by the Arnold family, offering technical transparency and a family ethos from order to delivery. We are the supplier of choice to many food manufacturers and foodservice providers throughout the UK and beyond – so much so that you probably have our products in your kitchen cupboards without even realising! We’re based in Lincolnshire where we are proud to be an award-winning and successful company. Sleaford is very much a British company with global aspirations, with our locally based team driving the company to new horizons and new heights of quality. We’re always willing to engage with our local community through charity events organised by our dedicated charity committee. Our parent company is Jain Group (India), who are one of the largest producers of mango and dehydrated onion in the world, as well as being the largest Micro Irrigation Company in India and second largest in the world. We work with Jain closely on supplying the very best in spice, onion and garlic for the food industry – based on a system of more than 6,000 contract farmers, we are able to offer full transparency from field to fork to help build consumer confidence in their everyday food consumption. We’re totally unique within the industry in our ability to trace these products back to the seeds, as well as offering a spice range from the largest integrated spice processing factory in the world – we don’t do things by halves!
