Sledge Home Inspections, INC recently was formed by a group of Senior Management professionals. We are launching a platform where clients can acquire a non-biased, accurate, understanding of their properties and projects. We are concurrently building an app to facilitate and streamline our home inspections and property checks. Our Senior Management team is comprised of professionals from the Construction, SFR Property management, Tech and Platform design, and the Inspection and Scoping industries. Most of our field personnel are Field Project Managers and Home Inspectors. We have the ability to pull from our Property Management experience to identify issues that affect the move-in experience, as well as identify and assist with the avoidance of subsequent maintenance issues. For private sales and purchases, we offer pre-listing inspections, traditional and mobile home inspections, 4-point inspections, and wind mitigation surveys. For our SFR clients, one of our team members was previously the Field Operations Manager for major disaster recovery for one of the largest REIT’s. We can offer our services to coordinate and assess major storm damage in Hurricane and flood impacted areas at short notice. We understand how vital the situation reporting is for upper management and investors. We are rapidly building a scalable platform to streamline these services through leveraging technology. To achieve this, we have an in-house Master Developer that can build out our client facing portal to customer specification to help reduce workload and integrate API’s to reduce data entry.
