Sleep Puff was founded in 2020 by a UT Austin student with the mission to make bedtime easier and to provide a new age modality to the sleep-aid and aromatherapy market. Sleep Puff is a far more efficient method of consuming melatonin as opposed to ingestion of an oral supplement as the diffusion method allows for instant absorption of active ingredients. While the effects of Sleep Puff are felt just after use, other sleep-aid supplements may take up to an hour to reach peak efficacy. Capsules, supplements, and tinctures often contain 10 or more times the advertised amount in a single dose. This leads to higher plasma melatonin levels the next day, which leaves users groggy. Sleep Puff delivers the benefits of Melatonin effectively, and instantaneously, without the morning grogginess associated with other melatonin supplements. We sourced natural floral flavoring from Italy to ensure the best quality ingredients. Lavender and Rose aroma has been proven to relieve symptoms of insomnia, stress, and promote relaxation. Our product line was designed with aesthetics, ease of use, and appeal of use in mind. One of the appeals of use is as an alternative for those who have developed a reliance and an oral fixation due to usage of e-cigarette and other nicotine products (which disrupts your quality of sleep). Sleep Puff is focused on the user experience of our products, which is why special attention has been paid to engaging more than just one or two senses while using our products (sight, smell, taste, feeling). Our product’s ingredients are Lavender or Rose extract, Melatonin, and L-Theanine. L-theanine is an amino acid found primarily in teas, such as chamomile. This natural ingredient has the ability to modulate inhibitory neurotransmitters, selective serotonin, and dopamine to bring about anti-anxiety and calming effects.
